Shooting coach and academy software
EklavyaOS gives a shooting coach one workspace for the whole squad. It is not lane-booking or waiver software — it is built for the coaching work: what each athlete shot, what they wrote about it, and what changed since last week.
Athlete management
Manage the active roster, with a profile per athlete covering their scores and session history. Read every diary entry an athlete logs — written or voice — and keep private coach notes per athlete that are never visible to the player.
Team insights
An active-athlete summary shows recent performance at a glance, with recent sessions ranked by submission time so the newest work to review is first.
Comparative analysis
Week-over-week score comparison across the full squad, and a shot-by-shot X/Y breakdown on the virtual target for any session an athlete has submitted.
Progress reports
Long-term squad trends week over week and across a season, match history with competition rankings and scores, and periodic athlete reports combining scores, attendance, diary activity and your own assessment.
Frequently asked questions
What software do shooting academies use to track athlete performance?
Most still use paper diaries and spreadsheets. Range software — lane booking, waivers, retail — handles operations, not performance. EklavyaOS is built for the performance side: shot-by-shot target plotting, training diaries, squad comparison and progress reports across the 8 ISSF events it supports, from 10m Air Rifle to Trap and Skeet.
How do shooting coaches track athlete progress?
By recording every session, then comparing across them. In EklavyaOS every shot is stored as X/Y coordinates on a virtual target rather than as a single total, so a coach can open any past session, see where the shots actually fell, and compare an athlete week over week instead of reading one scorecard at a time.
Why are my shot groups to the left?
A group that sits consistently off-centre is usually aim or hold, not ammunition: on pistol, lateral drift commonly tracks grip pressure and trigger release; on rifle, sight alignment and position. Because EklavyaOS keeps each shot's position session after session, a coach can see whether a left group was one bad day or a standing pattern.
Is there an app for 10m Air Rifle and Air Pistol training?
Yes. EklavyaOS covers 10m Air Rifle and 10m Air Pistol along with 25m Pistol, 25m Rapid Fire Pistol, 50m Rifle 3 Positions, 50m Rifle Prone, Trap and Skeet. Athletes log sessions and diaries from the web app or the Android app; coaches review them in the coach workspace.
How does an athlete keep a shooting diary in EklavyaOS?
They write it, or record it. Each entry is tied to a training date and can carry mood tags alongside a written note or a voice recording. The athlete controls what is shared with the coach, and a coach's own notes on an athlete are private and never shown to the athlete.
Does EklavyaOS handle academy admin as well as coaching?
Yes — batches, attendance, admissions, inventory, fees and competition history sit in the same system as the performance data, so an academy does not run a separate ledger alongside it. Each academy is isolated in its own tenant.
How much does EklavyaOS cost?
EklavyaOS is licensed per academy on an annual basis, with a smaller tier for smaller academies, and academies are onboarded on a selective early-access basis rather than self-signup. Request access and we will share the current rate for your academy.
