The performance operating system for shooting academies
EklavyaOS turns every training session at a shooting academy into structured evidence. Athletes log their shots, scores and diaries; coaches review them, compare the squad and send back a verdict — in one platform instead of a paper diary, a WhatsApp thread and three spreadsheets.
Shot-by-shot target analysis
The target plotter records each shot as X/Y coordinates on a virtual target, so a session is kept as the shots that made it rather than as one total. A session can be replayed shot by shot in the order it was fired, and a performance heatmap shows shot density by target zone across recent sessions.
Performance diary, written or spoken
Athletes keep a training diary in writing or by voice, with mood tags attached to the session date — see the performance diary. Every entry is visible to the athlete's coach by default, and the coach can leave one written note on it; coaches also keep their own private notes, which the athlete never sees. An academy can optionally let its athletes keep an individual entry back from the coach, but that is off unless the academy asks for it.
Coach workspace and squad analytics
Coaches see the full roster with each athlete's scores and session history, week-over-week comparison across the squad, sessions ranked by submission time, and long-term trends across a season. Coach feedback goes back onto the athlete's submitted target; private coach notes stay private.
Academy operations in the same system
Batches, attendance, admissions, inventory, fees and competition history sit beside the performance data, with every academy isolated in its own tenant.
Disciplines supported
10m Air Pistol, 10m Air Rifle, 25m Pistol, 25m Rapid Fire Pistol, 50m Rifle 3 Positions, 50m Rifle Prone, Trap and Skeet.
EklavyaOS is built alongside working academies, starting with The ROR Sports Shooting Academy in Vadodara. Academies are onboarded on a selective early-access basis.
